girls just wanna write songs.

emo folk | americana

I wrote this after learning to embrace the right and wrong turns because they got me to where I need to be.

why I write songs.

Songwriting is the quietest, realest way I know how to tell the truth.
Folk and Americana felt like home early on — space for stories, pauses, and meaning between the lines.

Some of my music has traveled further than I expected.
My debut song ‘Feet First’ found its way to #1 on Stingray Music’s Pop Adult channel and into moments on Love Is Blind. I’m still gobsmacked when people tell me where they first heard it.

I’ve spent time on stages that taught me how to listen as much as perform — from songwriter rooms in Nashville to festival fields and theatres across North America. What stays with me isn’t the scale, but the silence right before a room leans in.

Right now, I’m writing again.
New songs. Quieter ones. Braver ones.
If you’re here, you get it.
